THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS FORMED IS CONDUCTING ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES CONSISTENT WITH, ANCILLARY TO, SUCH PURPOSES, AND CARRYING-ON ANY ACTIVITIES PERMITTED UNDER THE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
