THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSES OF BUILDING AND PROMOTING A VIBRANT ENTREPRENEURIAL SECTOR IN GREATER CINCINNATI, OHIO AND BEYOND THAT SUSTAINS INNOVATIVE START-UPS AND EMERGING BUSINESSES; EDUCATING THE REGIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNITIES ON OPPORTUNITIES TO ASSIST SUCH COMPANIES (THIS IS NOW ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A SEPARATE, RELATED 501(C)(3) TAX-EXEMPT ENTITY, QCA EDUCATION FOUNDATION); TO FACILITATE INVESTING IN BUSINESSES; AND PROVIDING A FORUM FOR THE DISSEMINATION OF IDEAS, BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND OTHER INFORMATION AMONG REGIONAL EMERGING START-UP AND EMERGING COMPANIES. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS FORMED IS CONDUCTING ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES CONSISTENT WITH, ANCILLARY TO, SUCH PURPOSES, AND CARRYING-ON ANY ACTIVITIES PERMITTED UNDER THE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO.
