Building Forward for 2026 With Highlights From GrantWatch in 2025
2025 is drawing to a close. Beyond family gatherings and time with friends, it offers a chance to pause and reflect. It’s a moment to recognize what’s possible when a dedicated team works toward a shared vision. At GrantWatch, the past year brought growth, creativity, and momentum. It showed how focus, collaboration, and purpose can accelerate impact.
As we look back, we invite you to follow along and see what we accomplished together in 2025. From publishing milestones to platform growth and new tools, the year reflects steady progress and intentional work. What follows is a snapshot of the ideas, initiatives, and people that shaped GrantWatch and set the stage for what’s next.
The Queen of Grants Had a Busy Year
In early 2024, Libby wrote and published The Queen of Grants. It marked the beginning of an ambitious publishing journey. Now, Libby is deeply involved in writing the sequel. The first episode of GrantTalk also aired two years ago, launching a platform for thoughtful conversations and practical insights around grants and nonprofit success. Now, at the end of 2025, the podcast has grown to 52 episodes, a testament to consistent effort and audience engagement.
Publishing expanded rapidly as well. Within a single year, seven children’s books were released, each accompanied by a corresponding coloring book. What began as a single title evolved into a growing catalog, reflecting both creative vision and disciplined execution.
GrantWatch in 2025
At GrantWatch, content production reached new heights across our platforms. Grant-focused news articles were published daily, with readership more than doubling to almost 2M article views. Social media content followed closely behind. Each post aimed to inform, educate, and connect communities to funding opportunities. Customer service standards also remained high. Careful review processes and around-the-clock grant alerts helped ensure subscribers never missed an opportunity.
Behind the scenes, we achieved significant operational milestones. The GrantWatch website underwent a complete redesign, new features and searches were rolled out, and an AI-powered grant-writing tool was introduced. A 20-day challenge strengthened internal workflows, while improvements in videography, management, and technical development positioned the organization for long-term scalability. International collaboration also advanced, with continued progress on code and systems designed to improve efficiency and outcomes heading into 2026.
New tools and initiatives took shape as well, including the early development of our new affiliate program. We expect to expand our reach through partner websites in the year ahead.
Above all, this year underscored the importance of people. Perseverance through personal and health challenges, unwavering commitment to excellence, and a shared sense of responsibility to one another defined the culture behind the accomplishments. The team’s collective strength made it possible to build and launch more than ever in one year.
