Grants of $500 to USA and Puerto Rico libraries and community organizations for programs to encourage Latino storytelling and literacy. Funding can be used for publicity, refreshments, materials, and to hire a storyteller for the family literacy program.
Create Homes for Low-Income Populations
Grants to New Jersey for-profit and nonprofit affordable housing developers to create homes for low-income populations. Funding is for rehabilitating, constructing, and acquiring rental housing, including single-family or multifamily housing, group homes, single-room occupancy units, and more.
Promote Student Involvement in Mathematics
Up to $500 to Wisconsin teachers, groups, and school districts for math enrichment activities outside of the classroom. Funding is projects like holding a family math night, creating a math club, forming a weekend math circle, or other student-centered activities that promote involvement in mathematics activities.
Expand Family Farm Crop and Livestock
Grants to North Dakota family farms for economic investment activities that expand their range of crops and livestock products. Priority funding assists family farms seeking to diversify the production of non-traditional crops, livestock products, and value-added production of agricultural goods.
Housing Projects for Veterans and Families
Grants to USA and Puerto Rico nonprofits for housing projects that benefit military veterans and their families. Funding is intended to support rehabilitation or new construction of permanent supportive multi-family housing.
Install Solar Power Systems
Grants to Minnesota nonprofit organizations, building owners, and property managers for the implementation of solar upgrades. Funding offers opportunities for multifamily buildings to lower electricity usage and reduce environmental hazards.
Projects Related to Family Interests
Up to $5,000 to Georgia nonprofit organizations for programs and projects that benefit local communities. Funding is intended for activities and initiatives that emphasize family interests, such as nature and youth.
