Teachers, Here Are 12 Grants to Support Your Work

Teachers: Looking for Grants to support your work? It’s common knowledge that teachers regularly dig into their own pockets to cover classroom essentials. They need to decorate learning spaces and stock up on basic supplies like paper, pencils, tissues, and cleaning supplies. These expenses often come out of personal savings.

For now, the federal government offers a $300 tax deduction to help with these costs. However, this is not enough. Most teachers spend far more than this pittance. Reports show educators are paying between $500 and $800 each year on out-of-pocket supplies! These materials aren’t just nice to have. They’re critical for helping students grasp the curriculum. Still, many schools cannot provide funding for these extras.

To recognize the dedication and sacrifice of our educators, the dedicated team at GrantWatch has located 12 grants that can help lighten the financial load and ensure classrooms have what our venerable teachers need. These grants from the Teachers grant category are yours to peruse.
