Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Unrestricted - Proposals may be submitted by any State agricultural experiment station,
college, university, other research institution or organization, Federal, State,
or county agencies, private organization, corporation, or individual. Proposals
submitted by non-United States organizations will not be considered.
Proposals may include requests for conferences that bring together members
of the interested research community to identify research needs, update information,
or advance an area of research recognized as an integral part of the
research effort.
