Project applications are submitted online and grants are awarded by public choice. Submissions advance in ranking by popular votes and are encouraged to market their own ideas via videos, posts, social networking, etc.

The Grant Program is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older, residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia at the time of submitting an Application. Participants (see Section 3 below) can be individuals, for profit organizations (which have a maximum of $25 million in annual revenue) and non-profit organizations (must be an existing 501(c)(3) organization at the time of registration for the Grant Program).
Submissions will be accepted from the 1st through the 15th, or until 1,000 ideas are received, whichever comes first. Submissions will be reviewed and approved projects will be posted and can then be voted on for the entire month following submission.
The submissions process is designed to clarify and hone your idea, and acts to filter ideas that are inappropriate or illegal.
