Fellowships of up to $5000 are being awarded to Israeli researchers to conduct scientific studies abroad. Applications will be accepted from PhDs and MDs who specialize in the fields of life sciences, the exact sciences and engineering and have received their degrees in the last 10 years. Fellows will have the opportunity to perform extended research and learn new research methods at leading laboratories around the world. Researchers from all Israeli research universities can apply. Priority will be given to young researchers who do not have an extended study fund (Keren Hishtalmut) at their disposal. Applications for participating in conferences, workshops or courses will not be accepted.
Assessment of the proposal will focus on:
* Quality of the candidate
* Quality of the proposal
* Distinction of the host laboratory
