Request a Grant Writer

A grant of $1,600 will be awarded for a creative program that will provide services to families and children with special needs in Vermont. The program should use either sports or the arts in order to create an outlet for families of kids with autism from Bennington County to relax and have a good time with one another. Applicants should ensure that their programs ensure the involvement of parents, guardians, and siblings along with the children themselves. Additionally, programming should focus on supporting a social and friendly environment. Project examples could include, but are not limited to: parks and recreational activities, arts and crafts classes, and other socially engaging interactions with children and families.

Funds should be used for:
* Materials/Supplies
* Education/training
* Rentals (Fields, studio, etc.)
* Advertisement
* Staffing
