Grant Description
Grants of up to $60,000 to Oregon and California extracurricular programs in eligible regions to enhance organizational capacity and quality. Funding is intended to benefit programs that serve youth in middle school and that promote success for rural youth, youth from low-income families, and youth of color. Eligible programs are those that serve youth in Oregon and Siskiyou County, California.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
OCF and TFFF seek proposals from out-of-school time programs in Oregon and Siskiyou County, California.

Grants will be awarded to out-of-school programs that currently serve middle school-aged youth and are focused on promoting academic success for low-income youth, youth of color and/or rural youth.

Pre-Application Information
Grant applications are accepted from May 2 to June 15 annually.

Estimated Size of Grant
Grants ranging from $25,000 to $60,000 per year will be awarded.

Term of Contract
Grants will be awarded for three years. Compliance with the expectations will be an eligibility condition for grant renewal in subsequent year.
