Grants to Texas nonprofit organizations for programs to benefit local residents in eligible locations. Funding is intended for applicants that offer charitable, character building, philanthropic, and health and human services to local individuals and families. Programs/services shall support the resources assisting residents of Cooke County, Texas to achieve their maximum potential through health, education, and financial stability.
