Grants to Washington nonprofit organizations and public agencies in eligible locations to promote tourism. Funding is intended to support activities and events that will positively impact local restaurants, lodging, and retail markets. Eligible activities should positively impact tourism in Klickitat County.
The revenue received from the County’s lodging may be used for the following purposes only:

Proposals can be retroactive to include expenses for tourism promotion activities, facility operation and events dated from January 1, 2021 on.
The County does not make any multi-year commitments with the lodging tax funds. However, service providers are not limited or prohibited from making repeat annual requests of the same nature.
