Grants of up to $10,000 to California nonprofit organizations, public institutions, and charitable organizations including schools and school districts for programs that improve the quality of life for residents in eligible areas. Programs should benefit residents and communities of Imperial Valley.
The Imperial Valley Community Foundation (IVCF) is requesting proposals for a competitive grant opportunity made possible and offered through its Ocotillo Wind Imperial Valley Fund (OWIVF) to support and develop new and existing programs benefitting the Imperial Valley.
Grants from this RFP are committed to improving the quality of life in Imperial Valley. Grants will encourage and leverage other community resources, build partnerships and increase collaboration to ensure that efforts and grant impacts are sustainable, meaningful and measurable.
Proposals for this grant opportunity must address one or more of the following priorities in order to be considered for funding:

No single request or award may exceed $10,000.
Successful applicants will have twelve months from the date of receiving their grant award to complete their project, depending on the type of grant awarded and scope of the proposed activities. Multi-year commitments will not be considered.
