Grants of up to $35,000 to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations in eligible regions for programs that address the needs of local communities and residents. First-time applicants and those that scored low on previous applications must attend two grant workshops prior to applying. Funding is intended for activities that have a positive impact in the focus areas of economic stability and workforce readiness, emergency needs, education, and health in Blair County. Grant applicants are asked to respond to issues identified within the Community Plan document.
