Grants to Nova Scotia registered charities in eligible regions for programs that will have an impact on the community. Eligible programs must address one or more of the following areas of interest: strengthening volunteer organizations, increasing safety and reducing violence, youth development, improving self-sufficiency and well-being, and helping young children and their families thrive. Programs must benefit the residents of Lunenburg County.
Collaboration with other organizations is encouraged. Operational costs will be provided for those costs directly related to the specific program or service being applied for: salary, materials, supplies, etc.
