Grants of generally up to $50,000 to local Wisconsin organizations and agencies that provide high-quality, effective services for the benefit of those living and working in Chippewa and/or Eau Claire Counties. Intent to Apply forms are due by 4:00 PM on March 21, 2014. These grants are specifically intended to support proposals addressing one or more of the following focus areas: education, income (e.g., employment skill development and personal money management), health, and basic needs (e.g., food, shelter, clothing, medical care, and dental care).

Typically, basic needs grants are funded at a level up to $50,000. Larger amounts may be requested, depending on the quality and magnitude of the program.
The three-year funding cycle begins on July 1, 2015.
