Awards of $2,500 to USA K-12 teachers for National Board Certification, or to enhance their students' educational experience by purchasing classroom supplies that they would ordinarily purchase with money out of their own pocket due to budget constraints.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Grants are open to full-time, employed school teachers, Kindergarten (K) through Twelfth (12th) Grade, who have been officially thanked at www.thankamillionteachers.com, who are legal residents of the United States, excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation, which are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

This contest is specifically void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, and wherever prohibited by law.

There will be up to six (6) winners per TAMT Zone per Contest Period (the “Winner(s)”). A total of up to 150 Winners (30 Winners per Contest Period, 5 Contest Periods) will be declared over the course of the Contest. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of the Winner(s), are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest.

The TAMT Zones are:
TAMT Zone 1: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado;
TAMT Zone 2: Hawaii, California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico;
TAMT Zone 3: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana;
TAMT Zone 4: Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas;
TAMT Zone 5: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
