Grants to Tenessee nonprofit organizations, agencies, and public schools in eligible locations for projects to enhance the quality of life for local residents. Applicants must attend a grant information session prior to applying. Program focus areas include health, community and economic development, and education. Eligible applicants are located in South Cumberland Plateau.

Due to the challenges posed by COVID-19 applicants are allowed to apply for operational funding during the 2021 spring grants cycle.

SCCF grant funds are “last dollar in,” meaning that all other funds must be raised before SCCF funds are available. Organizations have up to one year to raise any additional funds needed to complete the project.
