Grants of $30,000 and in-kind support to USA nonprofit organizations that are working to secure quality job opportunities for unemployed military veterans. This award will be made to organizations that successfully place veterans in high-quality job positions. Organizations must operate with demonstrated integrity.

The Seal of Distinction is accompanied by a $30,000 award and potential access to additional restricted funding, advice, and support.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Grants are only provided to Seal of Distinction Winners. Nominees for the Seal of Distinction must, at a minimum:
- Be a charitable, non-profit, with a 501(c)(3) status in the United States
- Have a mission that incorporates directly assisting unemployed veterans in finding jobs
- Be prepared to disclose and show documentation for requested placement, performance and cost data
- Complete the application and, should they be selected as a finalist, submit to verification procedures
