Grants ranging from $8,000 to $15,000 to Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania organizations actively addressing the economic and political gender gap through policy advocacy and community organizing. Funding is intended for general operating support. The Funding Source is particularly interested in working with organizations that are serving underrepresented communities and are led by directly impacted people, particularly those who are: low income, people of color, immigrants, multi-racial, gender non-conforming, disabled, or long-time residents.

While this opportunity is not limited to organizations serving only women, you should be able to clearly articulate how the work positively impacts women and girls, including any specific gender approaches you take.

The funding will be in the $8,000 - $15,000 (per year) range.

Term of Contract:

The funding will be multi-year. After the first year, the support is contingent on organizational performance and fund availability.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Organizations working to end the political and economic inequalities facing women and girls in Greater Philadelphia may apply.

New Century Trust will not be funding direct services in this round.

1) If you are interested in partnering with New Century Trust, please fill out the short survey (see Contact Information for the link) by June 15, 2018. The sooner you fill it in, the sooner the process can start.

2) If New Century Trust thinks there is a good mutual fit for a potential partnership, they will meet with you to discuss further.

3) After New Century Trust better understands your programs and needs, the board will decide whether or not to make an investment in your organization.
