Grants to Newport Beach, California arts organizations for programs and projects that directly benefit local adults, children, and schools. Activities must take place within city limits. Consideration will also be given to collaborative events, including public programs and performances, implemented in conjunction with the City of Newport Beach.

The City of Newport Beach distributes funds to arts organizations, enabling them to expand arts programs offered to the Newport Beach community.

Term of Contract:

Grant funds must have been spent or encumbered by September 25, 2020.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Only arts organizations are eligible; grants will not be awarded to individual artists.

The Arts Commission funds only arts projects/programs, not general operating expenses.

Pre-Application Information:

The application must be received at the Library’s Administrative Office by 4:00 PM on Friday, September 27, 2019. This is not a postmark date.
