Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Nonprofit organizations may apply for projects within First Electric Cooperative's service area.

The Foundation serves portions of 18 counties in central and southeastern Arkansas. Projects must take place in eligible portions of Benton, Heber Springs, Jacksonville, Perryvile, and Stuttgart districts.

- Benton District includes portions of Garland, Grant, southern Pulaski and Saline counties
- Heber Springs District includes portions of Cleburne, Independence, Stone, Van Buren and White counties
- Jacksonville District includes portions of Faulkner, Lonoke, Prairie, northern Pulaski and White counties
- Perryville District includes portions of Conway, Perry, western Pulaski and Yell counties
- Stuttgart District includes portions of Arkansas, Jefferson, Lonoke, Monroe and Prairie counties.

Pre-Application Information:

Meetings are held the first week of each quarter. The deadlines for nonprofit donation requests will be as follows:

1st Quarter deadline – March 15
2nd Quarter deadline – June 15
3rd Quarter deadline – September 15
4th Quarter deadline – November 15
