Grants to Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, or Wisconsin non-profit institutions of higher education, college foundations, and non-profit community-based organizations providing established programs that help at-risk high school students improve math and English achievement, so they arrive on campus ready to succeed in college-level courses.
Applications are being accepted for requests to fund two full academic years' worth of extra academic services for at-risk students starting in their junior year.
