Request a Grant Writer

Grants of up to $10,000 and grants of up to $75,000 to Manitoba arts organizations, professional artists, and arts groups for touring and performing costs. Funding is intended for direct costs related to performing arts tours around the province. Touring within an applicant’s community of residence is only allowed as part of an extended provincial tour.

Grant types:

  • Small scale (clients who have not previously received “Support - Operate” funding)
  • Large scale (clients who have previously received “Support - Operate” funding)

Note: If you have submitted an application to the Support-Operate program on November 15th, 2021 and have not previously received a grant in that program, you are currently not eligible for a large scale grant in the Share-Tour program. Grants received through the Share - Tour program are excluded from the Manitoba Arts Council’s maximum level of funding of $30,000 in a calendar year.

Note: If you have submitted an application to the Support-Operate program on November 15th, 2021 and have not previously received a grant in that program, you are currently not eligible for a large scale grant in the Share-Tour program.
