Grants to Florida nonprofit organizations in eligible locations for programs to improve the welfare and health of children. Previous grants have been awarded to youth groups, arts programs, health clinics, sports programs, and food pantries. Funding is specifically intended to benefit the children in Palm Beach County and throughout South Florida, thus ensuring the future of local communities.

Recipients are required to participate in one of the following programs as related to The Honda Classic:

  • American Honda Birdies for Children
  • Honda Classic Concession Program
  • Have a group of volunteers at The Honda Classic
  • Actively promote The Honda Classic

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Guidelines for Grant Consideration:
- Recipient must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization as defined by the Internal Revenue Department.
- Recipient must be in existence a minimum of three (3) years.
- Recipients are required to be based or operating in the geographical areas defined in the mission statement.

No grants will be given to individuals.

Pre-Application Information:

The 2021 Honda Classic Grant Application will be available on January 1, 2021 and will close on March 31, 2021.

Grants are generally made in June of each calendar year.
