To qualify for a grant from The Longmont Community Foundation, an organization must:
- Be a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization
- Serve residents in the St. Vrain Valley
- Provide a service that falls under one of the four funding areas of Arts and Culture, Civic and Education, Health, or Human Services.
-Special event sponsorships
-Capital campaigns/building funds
-Grants to individuals/scholarships
-Grants that further a political doctrine or religious activity
The final deadline for submitting grant applications is the first Friday in December (12/1/17) at midnight. If you wish to have your proposal reviewed before you submit your final version, please complete it by November 17, 2017.
Decisions are made in the spring of 2018. The Longmont Community Foundation encourages all applicants to contact The Foundation to discuss any project idea or question related to your application.
