Awards of $1,000 to Ohio public and parochial school teachers in eligible locations to recognize excellence in education. The award is intended to acknowledge the outstanding impact that educators have on their students and to recognize innovation and leadership in teaching. Awardees will receive funds to be used for their classroom/school. This award is open to educators in Hamilton public and parochial schools.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
The Educator Award of Excellence Program recognizes outstanding educators in Hamilton public and parochial schools.
Each school is invited to nominate one educator to represent their school.
Pre-Application Information
To nominate an educator, please complete the nomination form with required documents and return it to the Hamilton Community Foundation by September 1, 2021. All applications are due by 5 pm on the date of the deadline.
The Foundation is planning to hold their annual event in October 2021.
