Grants of up to $5,000 to Pennsylvania nonprofit organizations in eligible locations to benefit local communities. Priority is given to programs that focus on the areas of environment, education, and social services. Preference is given to smaller organizations. Eligible locations include Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs in Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.

While the Fund supports all grant areas consistent with its philosophy, its primary funding concern is to support organizations that focus in at least one of the following areas:

  • The Environment – for projects and educational programs focusing on environmental concerns.
  • Education – seek to educate children and adults in need.
  • Social Services – provide social services to individuals in need.

Grants are considered for capital improvements when a specific project and a clear need can be shown.
