Typical grants range in size from $250 to $2,500; however, larger grants may be made in cases of a compelling community need and as Kiwanis revenues permit.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

The Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor Foundation has announced that it will accept grant applications from local non-profit organizations. The organization should be within Washtenaw County and serve persons in Washtenaw County.

Funding is not intended for administrative, individual, or general operating expenses.

Kiwanis typically funds not more than one project per organization.

Pre-Application Information:

The Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor Foundation will accept grant applications from February 1 – March 15, 2019.

Applications must be e-mailed to Michael Dabbs by Friday, March 15, 2019 – No applications will be accepted after this date.

All grant applications are to be submitted electronically. Grant Applications will not be accepted at the Kiwanis Center.

Applicants will receive an email receipt notifying them that their application has been received within 72 hours of submission. If a receipt is not received, please call Michael Dabbs.

Decisions regarding grants will be made by June 18, 2019 and all applicants will be notified of these decisions after June 24th.
