Grants to Michigan nonprofit organizations for projects to benefit the local community in eligible locations. Proposals will also be accepted that address the effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis on local families, youth, and individuals. Organizations serving the Washtenaw County area may apply.

Grants typically are $5,000 or less; however, larger grants may be made in cases of a compelling community need and as Kiwanis revenues permit.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Nonprofit organizations that serve the Washtenaw County area may apply.

Pre-Application Information:

Application and Supporting Documents must be received no later than Midnight, March 12, 2021.

Decisions regarding grants will be made by June 18, 2021 and all applicants will be notified of these decisions no later than the end of June 2021.

Applicants will receive an email receipt notifying them that their application has been received within 72 hours of submission. If a receipt is not received, please contact Mike Dabbs through email or by phone.

Kiwanis typically funds not more than one project per organization.
