Grants to New Jersey nonprofit and for-profit entities serving eligible locations for programs that benefit at-risk children and youth. Funding is intended for activities that help to prevent juvenile delinquency, provide options for court-involved youth, and offer diversions from the juvenile justice system. Eligible applicants serve the residents of Morris County.
All applications for Juvenile Justice Funding must meet one or more of the following criteria:
To prevent juvenile delinquency
To provide diversions from the Juvenile Justice System
Provide dispositional options for court involved youth
Services must serve youth ages 7-21

Applicants must provide Stockholder Disclosure Certification OR written verification of for-profit or not-for-profit entity. Eligible applicants include:

- Limited Liability Corporation
- Subchapter S Corporation
- Nonprofit
Pre-Application Information
Applications are due by 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2023.
Applications must be received by 2:00 p.m. on the due date. No exceptions. Late applications will be returned unopened.
Award of contracts by the Board of County Commissioners will be made no later than December 31, 2023.
All questions must be received by Friday, June 30, 2023 at 12:00pm and will be posted to the Morris County Human Services website on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 12:00pm.
