Grant Description
Grants of up to $3,000 to Connecticut nonprofit organizations in eligible communities for capital improvement projects that benefit local residents. Funding is intended to assist nonprofits with programs and activities that address educational, charitable, scientific, literary, historical, or religious needs. Organizations must serve the area within a fifteen-mile radius of Watertown.

Applications are accepted from tax-exempt organizations within a fifteen-mile radius of Watertown.

Ineligible
Annual repetitive requests such as uniform or equipment replacement are discouraged.

Pre-Application Information
Application deadline is August 10, 2023.

All applications must be accompanied by documentation of project costs (estimates/quotes) and project budget.

Awards will be announced in September.

Estimated Size of Grant
The typical award is less than $3,000.

Term of Contract
On occasion, the Foundation will approve a multi-year grant.
