Grants of up to $15,000 to Illinois nonprofit organizations and government agencies in eligible areas for programs and services that benefit local residents and address needs related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis. Funding is intended to support projects and activities within the focus areas of community development, education, and capacity building. Eligible programs benefit the residents of the Peoria Area. Grants support new or existing programs.
For 2020, the Community Needs grants will also be addressing the following issues related to COVID-19:
