Letters of Inquiry and Proposal Deadlines:
-February 1
-July 1

If these dates fall on a Saturday or Sunday, proposals will be accepted on the following Monday.

For first time applicants, please contact Pam Eichenauer. Applicants should be prepared to provide a brief overview of their organization (the history, mission, programs, and services). If the organization is a strong candidate for consideration, they will be asked to submit an LOI via the online process.

After the LOI has been submitted, it will be reviewed to determine if a full proposal will be requested for the next grant cycle. The application form can only be accessed through the online grant process after approval of the LOI and requires an assigned access code. A foundation representative may also request a site visit to gather additional information.

Organizations that have previously received funding from this Foundation may submit a proposal annually, adhering to the online grant application process and using their assigned access code.

Each request (LOI and full application) will be acknowledged via email upon receipt, and written notification of the Board's decision will be provided after the meeting (meeting dates are not published).
