Grants of up to $7,500 to Vermont nonprofit organizations for new, creative, and innovative projects and activities that strengthen the local food system. Applicants requesting funds for an established program must demonstrate how their program accomplishes what has not been done before.
City Market grants funding to projects of Vermont nonprofit organizations whose work strengthens the local food system.
Ineligible
Co-op Seedling Grants do not fund general operating budgets and personnel costs, nor do they donate or grant funds to individuals, partisan organizations, or organizations that advance a particular religious belief.
Pre-Application Information
Applications are due no later than Friday, June 23, 2023 at 5 pm.
Postmark dates do not count as receipt dates for this process.
The Board will review the recommendations at a fall 2023 meeting.
Funds will be distributed to grant recipients in March 2024 during the annual grants celebration held at the Co-op.
