Grant Description

Grants starting at $1,000 to USA university students for tuition reimbursement. A letter of intent must be submitted by August 31. Finalists will be selected to compete to win the grand prize at a college football championship game.

Eligibility:

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Must be at least 18 or older by 1/11/16 to be eligible for $5,000 Tuition Award or $1,000 Tuition Award, and at least 18 but not older than 24 on 12/5/15 to compete in the $100,000 Tuition Contest.

$100,000 Tuition Contest Entrants: In addition to the All Entrants eligibility requirements above: You must be within the particular Age Eligibility requirement below and you must not be an active NCAA collegiate athlete (any division) in any sport, nor played professional, semi-professional, or Division I collegiate football at any time.

Pre-Application Information:

To apply online, http://www.drpeppertuition.com/. Connect with your Facebook account and authorize the Dr Pepper Tuition Giveaway application. Ensure your full profile is completed by updating your profile with your most current city, major and university on your personal Facebook page. Create your goal by answering “What is your One of a Kind goal and how do you plan to make an impact on the world?” Participants can change or modify his/her goal up until the point he/she receives 50 votes, after which point the goal is locked.

You can also nominate someone else who meets the Eligibility requirements above by answering the question above about the person you want to nominate, and providing the person’s name, major, name of their current school or school he or she wishes to attend. You must obtain permission from the person (and from the parent/legal guardian if the person is under the age of majority in his/her state of residency) whose goal you submit to use their name, school and reason why he or she deserves to win tuition.

End Dates/Voting Period End:
$100,000 Tuition Contest: October 19, 2015
$5,000 Tuition Contest: January 11, 2016
$1,000 Tuition Contest: Last day of each month – August-December 2015
