Award to a northeastern Ohio public school for outstanding leadership in environmental education. The winning school will exemplify the following objective areas within environmental education: curriculum and instruction; operation, design, and maintenance of school building and grounds; and school and community partnerships.

NEOEA serves the Ohio Counties of Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Lake, Geauga, Portage, Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina, Lorain, and Erie.
