Request a Grant Writer

Grants of up to $50,000 to Oklahoma institutions of higher education, government agencies, and trade groups for projects that benefit the wine or grape industry. Funding is intended to support projects in the areas of marketing, tourism, product development, education, research, and grower and winemaker assistance. All projects must benefit the Oklahoma viticulture and enology industries.

Estimated Size of Grant:

Funding request shall not exceed $50,000 per project.

Term of Contract:

Projects must not exceed 12 months in length and can be renewed for an additional year.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this grant an applicant shall be an institution of higher education in Oklahoma, a state agency or governmental subdivision of Oklahoma, or a trade group promoting grape or wine production industries within Oklahoma.

Indirect costs are not allowable under the Oklahoma Viticulture and Enology Fund.

Pre-Application Information:

An electronic grant application must be emailed before 5 pm Monday December 30, 2019. Applications must be received by the grant deadline. Applications that do not adhere to this deadline will not be accepted.

Funds are disbursed on a reimbursement basis and upon the approval of properly submitted paperwork.
