The Aultman Foundation
Grants to Ohio nonprofit organizations to provide human services, health education, and wellness programs for local residents in eligible counties. Applicants are required to submit an LOI prior to submitting a full application. Funding is intended to benefit the counties of Stark, Wayne, Holmes, Carroll, or Tuscarawas.
Special consideration will be given to proposed projects which provide services to the underserved, especially the elderly and children, and/or helps to solve a community health need from the Community Health Needs Assessment. Currently the community health needs are mental health, obesity, infant mortality, opioid and drug abuse, and access to care.
