Estimated Size of Grant:

While there is no maximum for the TAP, there are practical limitations due to the available funding and the number of competitive applications typically received in a year. A practical maximum of $400,000 (federal-aid portion), and $500,000 in total project cost for all TAP applications is recommended.

Term of Contract:

TAP funds are available for obligation for a period of 3 years after the last day of the fiscal year for which the funds are authorized.
