Awards to Windsor Essex County, Ontario individuals, organizations and businesses for outstanding service delivery for newcomers, immigrants and refugees. The selection will be based on the nominees demonstrated impact in fostering a sense of welcoming and improving access to programs and services.
Additional criteria includes acting as an Ambassador by promoting and/or advancing the mission of the WELIP.
