Grants to Davie County, North Carolina nonprofit organizations for community benefit activities. Funding is intended to address youth issues, literacy, and community health. Funding may also go towards capacity building efforts for nonprofits that impact the above areas of focus.

Proposals for community health must be connected to the Healthy Davie Initiative, which was created to raise awareness of the poor health of the community at large, provide information about healthy habits, and encourage the entire community to participate in an effort to improve all County residents' health. The Foundation currently concentrates its grant making on proposals from nonprofit organizations within Davie County.

Applications are due by 11:59 PM on February 15, 2018.

Applications will be reviewed by the Grants Committee and presented for final approval at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting in April. Applicants will be notified of awards by April 30th.
