Grants of up to $20,000 to Tennessee nonprofit organizations providing health-related programs in eligible regions to address the needs of staff during times of conflict or transition. Funding is intended to increase compassion, improve the work environment, and strengthen leadership through program implementation. Applications are invited from Middle Tennessee organizations.
Applications are invited from Middle Tennessee organizations serving the following counties: Stewart, Houston, Humphreys, Perry, Wayne, Montgomery, Dickson, Hickman, Lewis, Lawrence, Robertson, Cheatham, Williamson, Maury, Giles, Sumner, Davidson, Marshall, Lincoln, Moore, Bedford, Rutherford, Wilson, Trousdale, Macon, Clay, Jackson, Smith, Dekalb, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Warren, Van Buren, White, Putnam, Cumberland, Fentress, Overton, and Pickett.
Staff Support Grants can be used to support the staff during times of transition or conflict including (but not limited to) organizational growth, mergers, staff loss/grief, leadership or CEO transitions, and/or emotionally difficult seasons. The funds can support leadership training, staff development, and/or consulting programs to address issues like turnover, staff communication, or staff burnout.
Applying organizations must have sustainable programs that fit into one or more of the areas of interest and provide direct clinical services:*

The maximum amount that can be requested for these grants is $20,000.
Awards are granted on a year-to-year basis. The Trust provides no-cost extensions in some instances.
