Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque
Grants of up to $5,000 to Iowa and Illinois nonprofit organizations for programs to benefit local women and children in eligible counties. Funding is intended for projects that promote self-sufficiency and address obstacles to opportunity. Eligible proposals benefit residents of Dubuque, Jackson, Jones, Delaware, Allamakee and Clayton Counties in Iowa, and Jo Daviess County in Illinois.
Preference is given to proposals that use one or more of the following approaches:
