Grants of up to $5,000 to California nonprofit organizations in eligible areas for programs that enhance and enrich the quality of life for local youth. Funding is intended for programs that improve youth education. Consideration will be given to programs that exhibit uniqueness, creativity, and capacity to complete and sustain the project and impact on Long Beach.

Additional Eligibility Criteria
All applicants must be a 501(c)3 organization.
Nonprofit organizations are eligible for funding once in a twelve-month period. An organization may apply in each of three consecutive years if applicant’s funding request is appropriate to each year’s LBRCF RFP focus. It must refrain from applying for one year after 3 consecutive year’s applications.
Pre-Application Information
Applications must be completed, emailed, and received by January 31, 2022.
