South Saskatchewan Community Foundation (SSCF) - Lorne and Evelyn Johnson Foundation
Grants to Saskatchewan nonprofit organizations for programs and projects that promote religious, cultural, social, and other activities that benefit those living in the City of Regina and other communities in the Province. Funding is intended to support the arts, to support outreach to those in need, and to provide educational opportunities.
Priority is given to projects that are innovative and/or show collaboration across multiple organizations. Grants requests may include both program-based funding, capital or equipment funding, or operating funding.
Three types of grants are included in this program: Capital Grants, Major Equipment Grants, and Special Grants.

Requests are not normally considered on a continuing or multi-year basis.
Grants are made to Canadian registered charities. A non-charitable receipt is required. If not registered, a formal partner with charitable status is required and a formal agreement with the partner included as part of a complete application.
Grants are not normally made to charities which operate primarily as grant-making organizations.
Grant Deadlines: March 1, 2018 and September 1, 2018.
You will receive a confirmation email from SSCF within two days of receipt of an application. If you do not, please call the Foundation.
Applications will be reviewed and a short list for further consideration will be created. If your application is short-listed you may be contacted and asked to provide additional information.
