Grants of up to $3,000 to Kansas nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, local government agencies, and faith-based organizations for projects and programs that benefit the local community in eligible regions. Funding is intended to address urgent needs and respond to critical issues that affect the residents of the City of Newton and Harvey County. Priority will be given to organizations that have not been funded through WCF in previous years.
Funding requests should embody one or more of the following criteria:

- The project/program cannot occur until after grants are estimated to be made (November 2021)
- The project/program must be completed by July 29, 2022, unless additional considerations are shared prior to the completion of the project/program
