Grants of up to $5,000 to Georgia nonprofit organizations and public, private, and charter schools for programs and projects that promote an appreciation for the State's rich music heritage. Funding will be provided specifically for programs and projects that focus on music preservation, education, and outreach.

Projects must take place between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must be Georgia-based nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)3 status, or Georgia-based
public, private, and charter schools.

Note: Schools should indicate the percentage of students that qualify for free or reduced meals. All private schools should provide the cost of tuition and the number of students that receive a full or partial scholarship or tuition waiver.

Pre-Application Information:

Grant applications to fund projects taking place in 2018 will be accepted July 15 – Sept. 15, 2017.
