Grants to Colorado nonprofit organizations to benefit needy individuals in El Paso County, Teller County, or other Southern Colorado counties. The Foundation seeks to benefit poor children and their families, poor elderly individuals, and individuals who are sick or infirm and unable to earn a living.

Proposed projects should be designed to enhance or expand existing programs, or be presented as new programs that help meet community needs. Collaborative projects that avoid duplication of other services in the community are a high priority.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Organizations must be registered in the United States as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit by the Internal Revenue Service.
