Hawaii Dental Service (HDS) Foundation
Grants to Hawaii, Guam, and Saipan nonprofits and government agencies for programs that enhance oral health care in the communities where the funding source operates. Funding will specifically be provided for programs and projects that promote oral health education, the prevention of oral disease, and access to dental care for underserved populations.

Multi-year pledges will not be considered.
To be eligible for funding consideration, an organization must be a charity with tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Governmental programs are also eligible.
Grants will not be considered for:
- Multi-year pledges
- Religious programs
- Political organizations or political campaigns
- For operating expenses for United Way organizations
- Research projects

The HDS Foundation meets twice per year in April and September to consider grant requests. Deadlines to receive requests are February 1, and August 1.
